after three years of nursing, i jz realise that one of the concepts i learned is applied to our daily chores. a concept of Assessing, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. or ADPIE.
in nursing, we apply that on our patients. true. for example, we can't give him a flu medicine when he's actually having cough. so we need to assess, diagnose if necessary, plan and implement then evaluate.
same goes for shopping. only we dun hv to diagnose.
and cooking. and haircutting. and videoshooting. and phototaking. and what to wear. and what to do for the day. and even maybe for some, choosing a guy/gal.
erm.
anyway..after thinking about it, assessing is the most important or u'll end up in a worse situation. and evaluation. it's like a form of self-reflect. which is useful. then u'll feel the value of yourself or what u just did and why. u know who u are. u know wat u are doing. unless if u are me.
there are other theories to why or how we did that but thats sthg else.
ooh. i love to learn with examples. esp those that i can relate to. i tink it's the best form to understand a theory wic, i am strugling now. 3 topics of 50 mcqs. a total of 20 lectures. tis tuesday and i hvnt even started.
